All staff members are friendly and helpful, making them approachable and pleasant to deal with. Original provided all the support we needed throughout and beyond the sales process when they introduced us to the product. For example, we had visits from field sales staff whose product and industry knowledge was second to none. They created site surveys where they took photographs and provided written instructions on the exact location where to install the product to maximise results and ensure we would put an end to all the problems we were previously experiencing.
